Grades: Just like lumber for building homes, Teak also has grades for the quality of wood. Grade A - Straight grains, little or no knots, uniform coloring throughout. Grade B - 1 board may have a 2 or 3 knots, slight difference in coloring. Grade C - Many knots, less durable, many different colors, grains not straight. At Arciform, we only use Grade A Teak UNLESS SPECIFIED. Some other companies say they use Grade A, but they really only use it WHERE SPECIFIED |
