We are so sure of your complete satisfaction that we offer this guarantee for the lifetime of the owner against any manufacturing defects. Teak is the strongest and most stable wood used for outdoor furniture and will outlast any other wood; however, unusual wear and tear may require a replacement part, which we will quickly send for a nominal fee. You may return any item in its original condition within 14 days, for any reason, for full refund (less shipping charges) and with no restocking fee.

Our Return Policy
Items may be returned in their original condition and original box within 14 days. We'll refund your purchase price, less shipping. If you decide not to keep teak outdoor furniture that was assembled, you must let us know promptly. While we guarantee your furniture for life against material and manufacturing defects, it may not be returned once it has begun to weather.
